How do I use BLUHIT?

Can I take Focus and Performance Creatine together?
Yes. Focus provides 3 g of creatine, and Performance provides 5 g, for a combined daily intake of 8 g. While 3–5 g is the commonly recommended daily maintenance dose, it is not a maximum safe limit. Research indicates that healthy adults generally tolerate higher intakes, making 8 g acceptable for many individuals, although it is not necessarily optimal or required.
Focus and Performance are designed to complement different parts of your day, supporting mental focus and energy during demanding activities and physical performance around your workouts. Taking both is optional, and individual needs may vary.
Can I choose a 90-day plan?
